Tom Halloran

Tom is committed to helping businesses thrive.  Recently retired from a 25-year+ career in the commercial construction industry, he has a passion for working with entrepreneurs to build their teams, create practices, systems, and developing strategies to help them realize their vision and goals.

As a former CFO and Construction Business Owner, Tom has realized the benefits of EOS for the organization as a whole. Tom brought EOS to his firm to crystalize the Vision and remove the barriers to execution.  Operating EOS in his business for 10 years before his retirement from the industry.

Tom has dedicated himself, as an EOS Implementer, to help entrepreneurs install a simple, clear system with big results. Working with leadership teams to increase growth and profitability, giving them peace of mind, and a better business/better life.

When Tom isn’t helping entrepreneurs, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends at the lake, watching one of the kids sporting events or traveling (road trips are his favorite).
